Flotilla
21 provides safe boating classes for the public. Our
basic boating class is titled "America's Boating

This is the certificate that is required by New Jersey's

We
also teach a more advanced

is a comprehensive course to prepare the boater with the
knowledge needed to safely pilot a boat, teaching the art of
piloting in coastal waters.
